How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and displayed before payment. They depend on the destination and the weight/volume of the order.

Delivery times

How long will my order take?
  • Mainland Spain: 1–3 business days
  • Balearic Islands: 2–4 business days
  • Canary Islands: 6–10 business days (via Banango)
  • Portugal: 1–3 business days
  • Rest of Europe: 5–8 business days

Delivery times begin counting from the moment the order is processed and shipped. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Order tracking

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can check its status at any time.

🔄 Returns

General conditions
  • We only accept returns for orders placed on www.chicadelsur.com .
  • The items must be in perfect condition , unused, with their original packaging and labels.
  • You have 30 calendar days from receipt to request a refund.
How do I request a refund?
  1. Access your order through your account or the confirmation email and request a return. You can also contact us by email or phone.
  2. Once your application is approved, you will receive detailed instructions for the return.

Return shipping cost

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of error on our part or defective product.

Refunds
  • The refund is issued once the returned item has been received and verified.
  • The amount is refunded to the same payment method used for the purchase.
  • Refund times may vary depending on the bank.

🛍️ In-store shopping

Can I return items purchased in a physical store online?

No. Returns for purchases made in-store must be processed directly in-store, presenting the original receipt . Returns are not accepted in-store through the website.

🛒 How can I purchase from the online store?

It's so easy! Just choose the clothes or accessories you love, add them to your cart, and follow the steps in the checkout process. You can register or place your order as a guest. And in no time... you're wearing your new outfit!

💳 What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. So you can choose the option that's most convenient for you!

🚚 How long does shipping take and how much does it cost?

Peninsular Spain Free on orders over €49

💸 €4.90 if the order does not reach that amount.

Europe: 4 to 7 business days. The cost depends on the country and can be seen at checkout.

🔁 Can I return a product?

Yes, of course! You have 30 days from receipt of your order. We only ask that the items be in perfect condition, unworn, and with their original tags.

🧭 Do you have a physical store?

Yes! Our only store is in Burgos, right in the city center: Calle San Juan 1. If you're nearby, stop by and say hello. We'd love to meet you in person!

🤔 Are you a franchise?

We get asked this a lot... and we're excited! Because it means you like what we do. But no, we're not a franchise (for now 😉). We manage everything from our store in Burgos, with great care and passion.

📏 How do I know what size will fit me?

We provide approximate measurements for most of our products, but if you have any questions, please contact us via WhatsApp or email, and we'll be happy to help. Better than a personal shopper 😄

🎁 Can I send an order as a gift?

Of course! We can lovingly prepare your order without any additional charges. Just indicate this in the order notes or write to us after purchase.

🧼 How do I care for my clothes so they last longer?

Each garment comes with a label with washing instructions. But if you have questions about a specific fabric, just ask. And remember: take care of your clothes and they will take care of you 💕
