Shipping areas – Spain

  • Peninsular Spain
  • Balearics
  • Canary Islands: Place your orders through Banango (we do not sell directly on our website)

We currently do not ship to Ceuta and Melilla.

Shipping Zones – Europe

  • Germany
  • Belgium
  • France
  • Italy
  • Netherlands
  • Portugal

We currently do not ship to other European countries that do not appear on this list.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout and are displayed before payment.

Delivery times

  • Peninsular Spain: 1 to 3 business days
  • Balearic Islands: 2 to 4 business days
  • Canary Islands: 6 to 10 business days
  • Portugal: 1 to 3 business days
  • Rest of Europe: 5 to 8 business days

Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email with the tracking number so you can check its status at any time.


🔄 Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If not, you can request a return by following these steps:

Return conditions

  • We only accept returns for orders placed at www.chicadelsur.com
  • Items must be in perfect condition, unused, with their original packaging and tags.
  • You have 30 calendar days from receipt to request a refund.

Return process

  • Complete the return form on our website or contact us by email.
  • Once your request is approved, you will receive detailed return instructions.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the product is defective or our fault occurs.

Refunds

  • We will issue the refund after receiving and verifying the returned items.
  • The refund will be made to the same payment method used for the purchase.
  • Refund times may vary depending on your bank.

Shopping in a physical store

Returns of products purchased in our physical store must be processed in-store, with the original purchase receipt. Returns to physical stores via the website are not accepted.
