At CHICA del Sur , we strive to offer you fast and efficient service. Below, you'll find all the information you need:

  • Peninsular Spain
  • Balearics
  • Canary Islands: Place your orders through Banango (we do not sell directly on our website)

We do not currently ship to Ceuta and Melilla.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and displayed before payment.

Delivery times

  • Mainland Spain: 1 to 3 business days
  • Balearic Islands: 2 to 4 business days
  • Canary Islands: 6 to 10 business days
  • Portugal: 1 to 3 business days
  • Rest of Europe: 5 to 8 business days

Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can check its status at any time.

🔄 Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, you can request a refund by following these steps:

Return conditions

  • We only accept returns for orders placed on www.chicadelsur.com
  • The items must be in perfect condition, unused, with their original packaging and labels.
  • You have 30 calendar days from receipt to request a refund.

Return process

  • Access your order through your account or the order email and process the return request, you can also contact us by email or phone.
  • Once your application is approved, you will receive detailed instructions for the return.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of error on our part or defective product.

Refunds

  • We will issue the refund after receiving and verifying the returned items.
  • The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase.
  • Refund times may vary depending on your bank.

In-store shopping

Returns of products purchased in our physical store must be processed in the same store, presenting the original receipt. Returns are not accepted in-store through the website.
