Canary Islands: If you are in the Canary Islands, you can place your orders from Banango.
How to buy on Banango?
- Go to the Banango platform and press the orange “Explore” button in our “Whatever” section.
- Enter the URL of the product you wish to purchase.
- Fill in the fields with the characteristics of your product
- Add more products and check your order.
- Fill in your details and make the payment.
At this time we do not ship to Ceuta, Melilla or other countries.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout and displayed before you complete your order.
Delivery times
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, delivery time varies depending on location:
- Peninsular Spain : 1 to 3 business days.
- Balearic Islands : 2 to 4 business days.
- Canary Islands: 6 to 10 business days
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can check the status of your delivery at any time.
RETURNS
At CHICA del Sur we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can request a return by following the guidelines below:

Return Conditions :
- We only accept returns of products purchased through our official website: www.chicadelsur.com
- We do not accept returns of products purchased in other countries where CHICA del Sur is present.
- Products must be in perfect condition, unused and with original labels.
- You have a period of 30 calendar days from receipt of the order to request a return.

Return Process :
- Send an email to agmasociadosiberia@gmail.com indicating your order number, the products you wish to return and the reason for the return.
- Once your request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return.
- Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Refunds :
- Once we receive and verify the status of the returned products, we will proceed to issue the corresponding refund.
- The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
- The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank.
Shopping in Physical Stores
For purchases made in our physical stores, different return policies apply. If you wish to return a product purchased in a CHICA del Sur physical store, please go to the same store where you made the purchase, with the original purchase receipt and the product in perfect condition, unused and with the original labels. Returns of products purchased in physical stores are not managed through our website.
