APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law and must be interpreted in accordance with Spanish law. Any disputes that may arise from the interpretation, validity and/or execution of these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of the client's place of residence or domicile.

AGM ASOCIADOS IBERIA SL (hereinafter CHICA del Sur), with registered office at calle SAN JUAN, 1 09003 BURGOS, is responsible for the use and protection of your personal data, and in this regard we inform you of the following:
RETURNS
You can make a return within a maximum period of 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product. It must be returned in perfect condition, in its original box or packaging, retaining the label and with all accessories.
If the product is not returned in perfect condition, CHICA del Sur will not accept the return and the customer must schedule a collection, assuming the shipping costs. The customer will be notified by email that they will have a maximum period of 60 calendar days to collect the product. Once this period has expired, CHICA del Sur will understand that the customer is giving up their products and reserves the right to donate or destroy them depending on their condition.
You have 30 days to check that the product is in perfect condition (visible defects such as stains, loose stitches, etc.) and/or if it is the correct size or model. Returns may be accepted as long as they are in perfect condition and have not been used.
PRODUCTS
The products described on the Website are for personal use only. Customers may not sell or resell such products. We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of products to be delivered to the customer where, in our sole discretion, this would constitute a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
CHICA del Sur has made an effort to display the colours of the products as close to reality as possible. However, the colour of the products that appear on the screen may be subject to variations depending on the quality of the screen of your device. In this sense, CHICA del Sur cannot guarantee that the colours that appear on your screen are faithful to reality.
CHICA del Sur is a casual shoe for dressing up. It is not intended for sports use, difficult or slippery surfaces. We use delicate, high-quality fabrics, chosen for their aesthetic value and comfort. You have 30 days, counting from the time you receive your order, to check if it is in perfect condition or correct (for visible production defects, packaging, accessories, or any error in size or model).
GENERAL PROVISIONS
By visiting the Website or using the Website's services or applications, the user accepts these Terms and Conditions.
In order to purchase products on the Website, customers must: be at least 18 years old or, if they are minors, be duly authorized by their legal guardian and be consumers, understood as natural persons who act for purposes outside their industry, trade, business and profession.

To redeem a discount code, the customer must enter their code in the “promo code” box during the purchase process on the Website. Offer codes are case sensitive and must always be entered exactly as they appear.

PRICES
All prices indicated for products available through the Website include VAT at current rates and are denominated in euros. Currency exchange fees depend on the bank, please check the conditions with your bank. Shipping costs will be added to the price of the products and are indicated separately on the order form.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
The user is obliged to pay at the time of placing the order through the payment methods accepted by CHICA del Sur.
CHICA del Sur will only accept payments made by credit or debit card (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard or AMEX) or through PayPal.
