Terms and Conditions

1. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from their interpretation or application shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the customer's place of residence.

2. Identification

This website is owned by AGM ASOCIADOS IBERIA S.L. (hereinafter, “CHICA del Sur”), with CIF B56988702 and registered office at Calle San Juan 1, 09003 Burgos.

3. Products

Products are intended exclusively for personal use. CHICA del Sur reserves the right to limit the sale of products to certain users in the event of unauthorized commercial use.

The colors shown may vary slightly depending on the user's screen. CHICA del Sur cannot guarantee that the on-screen color will exactly match the actual product.

The footwear offered is for casual use. It is not recommended for sports activities or slippery surfaces. You have 30 days from receipt of the order to check its condition and report any visible defects or errors in the model or size.

4. Returns

You may return products within a maximum period of 30 calendar days from receipt. The item must be in perfect condition, with its original packaging, tags, and unused.

If these conditions are not met, CHICA del Sur will notify the customer to schedule the collection of the product at their own expense. After 60 days without a response, it will be understood that the customer waives the product, and it may be donated or destroyed.

5. Prices

All prices include VAT. Shipping costs will be shown separately during the checkout process. Currency exchange fees depend on the customer's banking institution.

6. Payment Options

Payments are accepted via card (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX) or PayPal. CHICA del Sur uses secure payment gateways with SSL encryption and 3D Secure protocols.

The customer will receive their invoice by email or together with the order.

7. Personal Data Protection

During the purchase, personal data necessary for order management and the sending of commercial information is collected. CHICA del Sur guarantees compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The customer may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation, or opposition by sending an email to hola@chicadelsur.com.

8. Intellectual and Industrial Property

All content on this website, including design, texts, and images, is the property of AGM ASOCIADOS IBERIA S.L. and is protected by current national and international regulations regarding intellectual property.

9. General Provisions

By using this website, the user accepts these Terms and Conditions. Only individuals over 18 years of age or minors with legal authorization may purchase. This contract is formalized in Spanish.

10. Discount Codes and Promotions

Promotional codes must be entered during the checkout process and are case-sensitive. Only one code can be used per order. They cannot be combined with other discounts, sales, or gifts. Online promotions are not valid in physical stores and vice versa.

12. Errors in Prices and Product Availability

CHICA del Sur works to ensure that all product information, including prices, descriptions, and availability, is correct and up to date. However, typographical, technical, or human errors may occur.

In the event that an obvious error in the price of a product is detected, CHICA del Sur reserves the right to correct it.

If the error is obvious and reasonably recognizable by the customer as an incorrect price, we shall not be obliged to supply the product at the incorrect price.

Adding products to the cart does not imply the formalization of a sales contract. The contract will only be finalized once the order has been validated, payment made, and confirmation sent by CHICA del Sur.

We appreciate our customers' understanding in these exceptional situations.

13. Promotional Gifts and Returns

In the case of orders that include promotional gifts associated with a campaign (for example, tote bags or other gifts, minimum purchase amount, or other special actions), such items are part of the promotion linked to the order.

If a full or partial return is made that results in non-compliance with the conditions that entitled the customer to the gift, the gift must be returned in perfect condition along with the rest of the items.

If the promotional gift is not returned, CHICA del Sur reserves the right to deduct the value corresponding to the promotional item from the amount to be refunded, which will be previously informed or indicated in the current campaign.
