📦 Shipping

At CHICA del Sur , we strive to offer you fast and efficient service. Below, you'll find all the information you need:

Shipping to Spain

  • Peninsular Spain
  • Balearics
  • Canary Islands: place your orders through Banango (we do not sell directly on our website)

We currently do not ship to Ceuta, Melilla, Madeira and the Azores.

Shipping costs Spain and Portugal

Shipping is FREE on orders over €49. For orders under €49, the cost is €3.90. In any case, shipping costs are calculated automatically and always displayed before you complete your payment, so there are no surprises.

Delivery times

  • Mainland Spain: 1 to 3 business days
  • Balearic Islands: 2 to 4 business days
  • Portugal: 2 to 5 business days

Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can check its status at any time.

🌍 Shipping to Europe

We ship to various countries in Europe. Delivery times and costs may vary depending on the destination and will be clearly displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.

European Union – Standard Zone

Countries included: Germany, France, Italy, Belgium and the Netherlands

  • Delivery time: 3 to 8 business days
  • Shipping cost: €19.90
European Union – Far EU Zone

Countries included: Austria, Czechia, Denmark, Poland, Sweden, Finland, Ireland, Luxembourg, Monaco, Slovakia, Slovenia, Liechtenstein, Croatia, Hungary

  • Delivery time: 4 to 10 business days
  • Shipping cost: €29.90

🔄 Returns and size exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, you can request a refund by following these steps:

Return conditions

  • The items must be in perfect condition, unused, with their original packaging and labels.
  • You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to request a return or exchange. Requests made outside of this period will not be accepted.

How to apply

  • Access your order from your account or the order email and submit your request. You can also contact us by phone and we'll help you.
  • If the return is for reasons unrelated to CHICA del Sur (size, personal taste, change of mind, etc.), the cost is €6.90, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
  • If you need a size change , the cost is €3.90.
  • In case of error on our part or defective product, we will assume all expenses.

Refunds

  • We will issue the refund via the same payment method once the returned items have been received and inspected.
  • The refunded amount will correspond to the product, minus the return shipping costs of €6.90.
  • Once the return is received, the refund may take up to 5 business days to be processed, depending on the bank.

In-store shopping

Returns of products purchased in our physical store must be processed exclusively in-store, with the original receipt. We do not accept returns from physical stores through our website. Please see our return policy for in-store purchases.
