En CHICA del Sur we strive to provide you with fast and efficient service. Below, you will find all the information you need:
Shipping to Spain
- Mainland Spain
- Balearic Islands
- Canary Islands: place your orders through Banango (we do not sell directly on our website)
We currently do not ship to Ceuta, Melilla, Madeira, and the Azores.
Shipping costs Spain and Portugal
Shipping is FREE on orders over 49 €. For lower amounts, the cost is 3.90 €. In any case, shipping costs are calculated automatically and are always displayed before you complete your payment, so there are no surprises.
Delivery times
- Mainland Spain: 1 to 3 business days
- Balearic Islands: 2 to 4 business days
- Portugal: 2 to 5 business days
Order tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can check its status at any time.

We ship to various countries across Europe. Delivery times and costs may vary depending on the destination zone and will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
European Union – Standard Zone
Countries included: Germany, France, Italy, Belgium, and the Netherlands
- Delivery time: 3 to 8 business days
- Shipping cost: 19,90 €
European Union – Remote EU Zone
Countries included: Austria, Czechia, Denmark, Poland, Sweden, Finland, Ireland, Luxembourg, Monaco, Slovakia, Slovenia, Liechtenstein, Croatia, Hungary
- Delivery time: 4 to 10 business days
- Shipping cost: 29,90 €
🔄 Returns and size exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you can request a return by following these steps:
Return policy
- Items must be in perfect condition, unused, and with their original packaging and tags.
- Items must be returned without signs of wear beyond mere trying on. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show stains, odors, wear, or damage.
- You have 15 calendar days from receipt of order to request a return or exchange. Requests will not be accepted after this period.
- Once the return has been requested, the customer has 14 calendar days to ship the product. If this period is exceeded, no refund will be issued.
How to apply
- Access your order from your account or from the confirmation email and process the request. You can also contact us by phone and we will help you.
Shipping costs and conditions
- If the return is for reasons unrelated to CHICA del Sur (size, personal taste, change of mind, etc.), the cost is 6,90 €, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
- If you need a size exchange, the cost is 3,90 €.
- In the event of an error on our part or a defective product, we will cover all expenses.
- Order cancellation: Orders are prepared immediately; therefore, once confirmed, cancellations will incur a fee of 6,90 €, corresponding to handling and return costs.
- Gifts or promotions: In the event of a return, any gift or promotion received must be included; otherwise, its value will be deducted from the refund amount.
- If an order is not picked up or is refused by the customer, it will be considered a return, and the corresponding return shipping costs will apply.
- The customer is responsible for providing a correct shipping address. CHICA del Sur is not responsible for any issues arising from incomplete or incorrect addresses.
Refunds
- We will issue the refund to the original payment method once the returned items have been received and inspected.
- The refunded amount will correspond to the product, minus return shipping costs (€6.90), if applicable.
- Once the return is received, the refund may take up to 6 business days to take effect, depending on the bank.
In-store shopping
Returns for products purchased in our physical store must be managed exclusively in-store by presenting the original purchase receipt. Please consult the physical store return policy.
