📦 Shipping

At CHICA del Sur, we strive to offer you fast and efficient service. Below, we provide all the information you need:

Shipping to Spain

  • Mainland Spain
  • Balearic Islands
  • Canary Islands: place your orders through Banango (we do not sell directly on our website)

We currently do not ship to Ceuta, Melilla, Madeira, and the Azores.

Shipping Costs Spain and Portugal

Shipping is FREE for orders over €49. For amounts less than that, the cost is €3.90. In any case, shipping costs are calculated automatically and are always shown before finalizing payment, so you won't have any surprises.

Delivery Times

  • Mainland Spain: 1 to 3 business days
  • Balearic Islands: 2 to 4 business days
  • Portugal: 2 to 5 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can check its status at any time.

🌍 Shipping to Europe

We ship to various European countries. Delivery times and costs may vary depending on the destination area and will be clearly displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.

European Union – Standard Zone

Countries included: Germany, France, Italy, Belgium, and the Netherlands

  • Delivery time: 3 to 8 business days
  • Shipping cost: €19.90
European Union – Far EU Zone

Countries included: Austria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Poland, Sweden, Finland, Ireland, Luxembourg, Monaco, Slovakia, Slovenia, Liechtenstein, Croatia, Hungary

  • Delivery time: 4 to 10 business days
  • Shipping cost: €29.90

 


🔄 Returns and Size Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If not, you can request a return by following these steps:

Return Conditions

  • Items must be in perfect condition, unused, with their original packaging and tags.
  • You have 15 calendar days from the receipt of the order to request a return or exchange. Requests outside this period will not be accepted.

How to Request

  • Access your order from your account or from the order email and process the request. You can also contact us by phone, and we will assist you.
  • If the return is for reasons unrelated to CHICA del Sur (size, personal preference, change of mind, etc.), the cost is €6.90, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
  • If you need a size exchange, the cost is €3.90.
  • In case of an error on our part or a defective product, we will cover all expenses.

Refunds

  • We will issue the refund using the same payment method once the returned items have been received and inspected.
  • The refunded amount will correspond to the product, minus the return costs of €6.90.
  • Once the return is received, the refund may take up to 5 business days to become effective, depending on the bank.

In-store Purchases

Returns for products purchased in our physical store must be managed exclusively in the store, presenting the original purchase receipt. Consult the return policy for in-store purchases.
